Every Photo Booth Rental Includes the Following:
- Free set up, tear down & delivery in the Kansas City Metro
- Professional photo booth specialist on-site for the duration of your event
- Guest choice of vibrant color or black & white photos
- Unlimited photo strips printed for your guests throughout the event
- Customized event text and/or graphics printed on each photo strip
- DVD including all photo files from your event, or upgrade to a 4GB Flash Drive
- Choice between 4 backdrops – Green screen technology is an additional fee
- Box of costume props – Includes fun hats, wigs, glasses, feather boas and more!
- Online photo gallery of all event photos on our Facebook page
- Ability for you and your guests to tag their pictures onto your own Facebook page
All services require a $200 non refundable deposit to reserve your special date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

Deluxe Guest Book Service – $150
Our deluxe guest book service allows you to capture more than a list of names; you are able to capture fun photos of your guests with handwritten messages in a personalized album. We provide extra photo strips, a 12 x 12 album, unlimited paper, markers and stickers for your guests to create a personalized guest book full of fun memories. At the end of the night you will have a beautiful guest book that is guaranteed to make you smile for years to come!
When you select A Good Time Photo Booth as your photo booth rental provider, you will receive flexible, customer-focused service. We offer a variety of options to customize your guest book to your preferences. You may choose a cream or black 12 x 12 album, white, black pages, metallic or multi-colored markers, and a wide variety of stickers. Our goal is to make sure you and your guests have “A Good Time” and you have a wonderful keepsake to provide you with a lifetime of memories.
Green Screen Technology – $150
Green screen technology is also known as chroma keying. It is commonly used for weather forecast broadcasts, wherein the presenter appears to be standing in front of a large map, but in the studio it is actually a large green background. Green screen technology for the photo booth allows you to select virtually any image to use as the backdrop to your photos. We will place a green fabric backdrop in the photo booth and our computer program will automatically remove the green background and replace it with the image of your choice. The live view inside the photo booth automatically replaces the green background, instantly providing your guests with a live view of what their photos will look like.
Green screen technology is a great way to incorporate your specific wedding colors or your custom logo into the background of all your photos. Many people also select fun images to give the appearance of a destination wedding. You may choose to have the same background in every photo or you may select a different background for each of the four photos on a photo strip.
Unlimited Guest Downloads – $100
There is no better gift than a gift you can have forever. That is why we are now offering an option for you to provide unlimited downloads for all your guest to keep forever. Of course our photo strips will last for years and years to come but what happens if your guest lose it? Now they can have the option to download their individual photos and keep them in a safe place.
USB Flash Drive – $25
Why not upgrade to a 4GB USB flash drive for all your pictures from the event? We provide you with a CD of all images taken during you event free of charge, but unfortunately, CDs can easily scratch and become unusable throughout the years. A USB flash drive is impervious to scratches, ensuring your memories will last a lifetime. You may also choose to transfer the images from the flash drive to your computer, leaving you with a 4GB flash drive for personal use!
Photo Frames – $18/dozen
Magnetic Photo Frames – $20/dozen
Our custom 2 x 6 photo frames are specially designed to display the great memories that are created in our photo booth. In our opinion, the best way to use the photo frames is to place one at each place setting on your dining tables with a custom message. For example: “For your entertainment we will have a photo booth available from 7pm – 11pm. Please visit the booth and place a copy of your photos in our guest book and keep a copy for yourself in this memory preserving photo frame!”
Early Set up – $50 per hour
Set up times vary so much from event to event it becomes a personal preference. Our employees will arrive 30-45 minutes before our operational time to set up. If you would like for us to send your photo booth specialist earlier than this to avoid loading in while your guest are arriving we would love to accommodate.
